One of the last olive oil mills of the region can be found in a cave of the ramparts of Cucuron, at the foot of the Luberon in Provence .In Cucuron , called Cucuron des Olivettes there used to be 7 olive oil mills .
This mill has never stopped running since the 12 th century and has managed to stand up to time and men.
